Love love love my new kitchen! We ordered our Good Guys kitchen after going to a Good Guys store and seeing the huge range of kitchens on display. Our designer was really helpful as we didn't really know exactly what we wanted at the time and helped us design it from scratch. She spent around 2 hours with us to get exactly what was right for us. The price was unbeatable after getting quotes from other cabinet makers; and the internal mechanisms of the kitchens are of excellent quality. The customer service is also excellent. You can always call and see exactly at what stage your kitchen is at or check it on your personal web page. It was delivered on the day it was meant to be and our installer was really friendly and polite. He was in and out in the allocated installation time and did a fantastic job. The follow up service is also really good. We received a phone call after our new kitchen was installed to see if everything was as it should be. Overall we were really impressed with the service and especially with the finished product. Love our new kitchen!!!

We went into The Good Guys to look at Kitchen layouts, half an hour later we had booked an appointment for the next day with the designer! All the staff from the showroom sales, designer and all tradies were so helpful and professional. When we were happy and finalized our plans with a site measure of our dream kitchen manufacturing had a 2 week turn around and in that time ordered our appliances through the Good Guys for a brilliant price. Our dream kitchen is now installed and we couldn't be any happier with our design and the quality of the finished product. Would recommend The Good Guys Kitchens to anyone who is looking for a personalized and quality kitchen.

We went to Good Guys not to buy a kitchen but a TV for our unit that we were renovating. We were so impressed with the display kitchens and the helpful staff that we ended up using the Good Guys to create our kitchen. We are very happy with the end product. It is very stylish but at the same time very practical. The Good Guys are very professional in there advice and service and helped us stay within our budget. We wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future again.

I purchased a new kitchen from The Good Guys Kitchens - the process right from the start ran very smoothly - it started with an approach to an advisor in a shopping centre who organised for a kitchen designer to come to my home. The designer was excellent she helped me to optimise the space I had for the kitchen I had chosen, the order was placed and the time lines were set. I was kept informed of progress of the kitchen through emails. The kitchen arrived when they said it would and was installed the next day. They had met every request that I had asked for. I am very happy with price and the quality. The kitchen looks amazing!

We ordered our kitchen from The Good Guys in Decemeber 2012 - we were impressed with the quality of the product in the showroom and the knowledge of the sales person. The design consultant was able to produce a design that met our needs. Delivery was slowed by the Christmas/New Year break but the kitchen came when expected. The installer did a great job in removing the old kitchen and installing the new kitchen cabinets (which included cutting an angle cupboard to fit in a corner) and coordinating the other tradespeople involved. We had ordered a stone benchtop and this had to be specially cut by a 3rd party - we were told this would take 2 weeks but was actually closer to 3. Once this was installed we were able to get the kitchen finished - sink and cook-top installed and splash-back tiled.
